Members Registering in TeamApp

18 Mar 2023 by Tanya Freeman

Hi All CHUFC Members,

We have lots of new members registering on TeamApp, which is fantastic.

Coaches and Managers,
Please keep encouraging your parents (if children are players) and players (if seniors) to register on the CHUFC TeamApp – making sure it’s the correct CHUFC (the one with >1200 members).

For those members who have registered in TeamApp with only one name (ie no surname), then please amend your TeamApp profile to include your full name.

If you don’t have a full name in TeamApp, you cannot be linked to your child and therefore your child’s team (or your own seniors team) when the individual team groups are created within the CHUFC TeamApp.

Additionally parents, please don’t use your child’s name for your TeamApp profile.

All players are uploaded to TeamApp from DRIBL, so all players will be automatically loaded and then linked to their guardian’s name and email (if they are a child player), as per their registration details in Play Football.

When first registering on TeamApp, please ensure you use the same email address as the one you have used on Play Football to register yourself or your child.

Without the correct email address, TeamApp will not link to DRIBL (via Play Football) and you will not be able to see your or your child’s team within the CHUFC TeamApp. You will therefore miss out on important information from your coach, manager and other club members.

Coaches and Managers,
Please don’t create separate CHUFC teams in TeamApp, outside of the main CHUFC TeamApp, as this just gets confusing for members, who then try to register with the incorrect CHUFC TeamApp.

Thank you all, we appreciate your assistance in getting this right.

Please be patient while your team groups get created over the next 2 weeks. It does take time. Thank you.

Kind regards,
Tanya
